Job summary

EPI Power is hiring an electrical General Foreman to be located on a data center project site. The Foreman will supervise electricians, coordinate activities, and ensure work aligns with plans and safety standards.

The role emphasizes overseeing crews, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining progress while communicating with project leadership. This non-union position offers strong growth potential on fast-track data center construction projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with a Class A or B license from Iowa preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, designs, and specifications.
• Must follow safety rules and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workers, foresee production problems, and recommend improvements.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices.
• Interpret blueprints and ensure electrical systems are installed per plan.
• Maintain a safe workplace program and review Job Hazard Analyses for compliance.
• Advise supervisor on job progress, material needs, and personnel matters.
• Inspect work for quality and ensure it meets customer expectations.
• Track crew production to meet daily installation targets.
• Maintain progress drawings and client/EPI Power standards.
