Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College level training or military A-school electrical training is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in marine electrical combat testing and system activation.
• Experience with test and activation procedures.
• Experience with lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Ability to work with outside AGEIS Test Team.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: champion BIW safety culture and enforce safety standards across operations.
• Project Execution: lead electrical construction activities to support ship/unit schedules and ensure first-time quality.
• Operational Management: provide technical guidance and ensure accountability and efficient resource use.
