Job summary

Power Design Resources is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations in the NM Albuquerque metro area. You will oversee scope, manage materials and manpower, and enforce high safety and quality standards on multimillion-dollar electrical projects.

The ideal candidate has a journeyman or master electrician license, 5+ years of leadership experience, NEC knowledge, and basic computer and writing skills. OSHA 30 is preferred; travel to our training facility may be required.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and other trades, managing materials and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Use company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, quality work meeting customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on the designated scope.
