Power Design Resources seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations in the Midland, TX area. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership and tech-enabled field execution.The foreman will supervise and mentor crew, uphold NEC and safety standards, and utilize company devices to drive on-time project delivery and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
Active journeyman or master electrician license is required.
Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
Basic computer and writing skills are required.
Responsibilities
Oversee the assigned scope in coordination with the project superintendent and other trades, including management of material and manpower.
Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on site.
Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, quality work and customer satisfaction.
Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on the designated scope.
