Job summary

Gregory Electric is seeking an electrical foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities. You will oversee journeyman and apprentice teams, coordinate on-site tasks, and ensure work is performed to code and schedule.

Qualifications

• Advanced ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Prior supervisory or foreman experience is highly desirable.
• Strong math, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• OSHA standards knowledge and safety practices are required.
• Technical degree or equivalent experience with 3–5 years of related work.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is preferred or required.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, maintenance, and repair work on electrical systems.
• Mentor and supervise junior electricians and apprentices on site.
• Coordinate work, ensuring on-time project completion and compliance with specs.
• Maintain project documentation: reports, time sheets, inventories, change orders, and closeouts.
• Plan pre-job activities and ensure tools and materials are on site.
