Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Foreman in Austin, TX to lead electrical installations on high-profile projects. You will manage crews, maintain productivity, and ensure work aligns with Rosendin standards and project specifications.

You will coordinate with general contractors and customers, monitor labor costs, safety, quality, and documentation, and uphold NEC and local codes while mentoring crew members for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• State issued electrical license where applicable.
• 5 years of electrical experience.
• Experience in a Foreman, Superintendent or electrical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew productivity and labor tracking.
• Monitor project goals and schedule adherence.
• Oversee purchase orders and material receipt.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and codes.
• Maintain accurate as-builts per Rosendin procedures.
• Communicate with owners, architects, GCs and crew.
