Job summary

A/Z Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and inspection of large electrical projects, coordinating with subcontractors and field staff.

You will review plans, ensure safety and quality, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with specifications, shop drawings, and submittals.

A strong lead with 10 years field experience, state license, OSHA 10, and ability to read blueprints is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and lead a team of trade employees and apprentices.
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, plans or specifications for work details or procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project team to maintain schedule and quality.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance at assigned location (office or project site).
• Act as a team leader in the execution of electrical work.
• Oversee safety and quality control programs on site.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractor work under the Electrical Division.
• Coordinate field trade activities with the project schedule and look ahead planning.
• Identify faulty equipment or materials and notify supervisors.
• Ensure installation complies with specifications, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries and staging.
• Supervise installations of Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Security, Instrumentation and Controls, UPS, Generator and related systems.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
