Job summary

A/Z Corporation is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and inspection of large electrical projects. You will supervise team members and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate field activities with the project team.

The role requires hands-on leadership, blueprint reading, and strict adherence to plans and procedures on site. Working at client sites, you will manage equipment delivery and on-site operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or relevant work experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Applicable State Trade License.
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/isometrics.

Responsibilities

• Attend and supervise at assigned locations or project sites.
• Act as a team leader in electrical work execution.
• Oversee safety, quality control programs, and audits.
• Coordinate with Sub-Contractors and field teams.
• Develop short-term look-ahead schedules with Project Team.
• Identify faulty equipment or materials and inform supervisors.
• Ensure installations comply with specs and submittals.
• Coordinate deliveries and staging of equipment.
• Supervise installations of Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Security, Instrumentation and Controls, UPS, Generator, and related systems.
