Responsibilities

• Supervises medium-size projects (5–10 electricians)
• Maintains licensing and training requirements
• Motivates crews to meet or beat goals
• Completes projects on time and within budget with safety
• Manages resources (tools, equipment, staffing) on site
• Reads and understands estimates with PM/superintendent
• Provides feedback and coaching to crew members
• Ensures safe acts on jobsite and eliminates hazards
• Promotes workplace safety procedures
• Mentors and develops others on projects and crews
