Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction or related field.
• Proven experience as an electrical foreman or lead electrical role.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Leadership and ability to manage a team.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and execute electrical installations per plans and specs.
• Lead and manage electricians, provide guidance and motivation.
