Job summary

East Coast Construction Services LLC is seeking an Electrician Foreman to lead a small electrical crew on industrial contract work in the Raleigh area. You will own assigned project phases from plan through close-out and keep Superintendents informed to protect schedule and quality.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman electrician license (NC preferred) and a proven track record of running teams, reading drawings, and enforcing safety, PPE, and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrician license (NC preferred).
• Experience supervising small industrial electrical crews.
• Ability to read drawings and installation specs.
• Experience from plan to close-out of project phase.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign work for crews and keep production on track.
• Direct Journeymen, apprentices, and helpers, coaching in real time.
• Manage electrical scope from planning through close-out.
• Read drawings to NEC standards and verify before cover-up.
• Lead pre-task JSA discussions and enforce PPE and safety.
• Identify resources early and coordinate with other trades.
• Maintain daily log, manpower, quantities, and photos.
