Encore Electric, Inc. is a Wyoming licensed electrical contractor seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise apprentices and Journeymen, directing tasks and ensuring quality workmanship on electrical projects in Cheyenne.

The role emphasizes safety, professional conduct, and leadership across crews. The candidate will manage field operations, mentor staff, and coordinate with the project team to meet schedules while upholding Encore’s standards and code compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman Wireman license from the State of Wyoming required.
• Four years of apprenticeship training or three years of apprenticeship with a two-year degree required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills are required.
• A related degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Foreman, Journeymen, and Apprentices with leadership at the highest level.
• Lead crews installing raceways, pulling wire, and mounting equipment; train apprentices.
• Act as the go-to person in the field and mentor upcoming supervision.
• Maintain safety, quality control, and productivity on the job site.
• Preplan the project to ensure materials and tools are available and costs are managed.
