Job summary

Facility Solutions Group in Denver, CO is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on electrical installation and repair projects. You will manage daily现场 work, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

The role requires previous foreman or lead experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass drug and background screening. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential as you mentor crew members and ensure on-time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must pass a drug and background screen.
• Ability to multitask while staying organized.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Positive customer service skills.
• Experience leading a crew or foreman on ground-up projects.
• Experience in lighting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all FSG Electric field trades on an electrical construction crew or project.
• Do a working estimate and take-off jointly with the Project Manager.
• Lay out work for subordinate lead persons and ensure material, tools, equipment, information, and manpower are in place.
• Establishes work schedules and man-loading charts.
• Directs crews in installation of electrical feeders, pumps, motors, gear, panels, lighting, and related terminations.
• Monitors progress and schedules work according to pace and other trades.
• May perform work supervised for production or instruction.
• Handle office correspondence and administrative paperwork.
