Job summary

Sora Resource Group in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial/industrial projects.

You will supervise journeymen and apprentices, read blueprints, enforce OSHA and NEC standards, manage materials, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

This full-time role requires a CT E-2 license, a valid driver's license, hand tools, and offers a strong benefits package including 401(k), health and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Must hold CT E1 or E2 electrical license.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Hand tools required for work.

Responsibilities

Experienced Foreman Electrician wanted.

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and organized Electrical foreman for Commercial/Industrial/Health care Wiring.

The Electrical Foreman oversees daily on-site operations for electrical projects. This role balances manual electrical labor with supervisory tasks like scheduling, coordinating materials, and training crew members. The foreman manages a crew of electricians to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to electrical codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Crews: Direct journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
• Read Blueprints: Interpret schematics, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure Safety: Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Manage Materials: Order, track, and allocate tools and electrical supplies.
• Monitor Progress: Keep projects on schedule and within budget limits.
• Maintain Quality: Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Coordinate Trades: Collaborate with general contractors and other trade foremen.
