Experienced Foreman Electrician wanted.

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and organized Electrical foreman for Commercial/Industrial/Health care Wiring.

The Electrical Foreman oversees daily on-site operations for electrical projects. This role balances manual electrical labor with supervisory tasks like scheduling, coordinating materials, and training crew members. The foreman manages a crew of electricians to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to electrical codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Crews: Direct journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
• Read Blueprints: Interpret schematics, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure Safety: Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Manage Materials: Order, track, and allocate tools and electrical supplies.
• Monitor Progress: Keep projects on schedule and within budget limits.
• Maintain Quality: Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Coordinate Trades: Collaborate with general contractors and other trade foremen.
