Norlee Group, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead on commercial, industrial, healthcare, and multi-family projects. You will ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating with project management and trades.

The role requires a Journeyman license and 5–7 years of electrical experience with strong leadership and communication skills. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license required; master license preferred.
• 5–7 years electrical experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial systems and NEC/local codes.
• Ability to read/interpret construction documents and drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to site conditions.
• Proficient with basic technology (devices, timekeeping, reporting).
• OSHA 10/30 certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise electrical crews on assigned job sites.
• Plan and schedule activities to meet milestones.
• Read and enforce drawings, blueprints, and scopes of work.
• Ensure NEC and local code compliance and safety policies.
• Conduct daily safety talks and toolbox meetings.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and coach crew as needed.
• Coordinate with PMs, Superintendents, GCs, inspectors, trades.
• Order and track materials, tools, and equipment.
• Report labor hours, materials, and progress timely.
• Identify issues and communicate changes to management.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe job sites.
• Mentor apprentices and helpers in electrical methods.
