Job summary

Talent Corps is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman in the Norfolk, VA area to lead electrical crews on large-scale residential and commercial projects. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and scheduling, with strong field support and opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman or Master Electrician License, proven leadership, and experience with complex drawings and NEC compliance. Relocation assistance and professional development are offered to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
• Experience managing crews of 5+ electricians.
• Proven experience on large-scale multifamily residential and/or commercial construction projects.
• Healthcare and/or data center projects experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (training can be provided if not currently certified).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews of 5+ electricians and apprentices.
• Manage daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project requirements.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure installations meet quality standards, NEC requirements, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
• Mentor and develop electricians while promoting a positive team culture.
• Maintain strong communication and documentation throughout all project phases.
