Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead on hospitality and multi-family electrical projects. You will supervise crews, ensure safety and on-time delivery, and coordinate with project teams on site in the United States.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of electrical experience with leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial electrical systems and NEC/local codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical drawings.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing job site conditions.
  • Proficient with basic technology (smartphones, tablets, timekeeping, and reporting tools).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, direct, and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on assigned job sites.
  • Plan and schedule work activities to meet milestones and deadlines.
  • Read, interpret, and enforce electrical drawings, blueprints, and scopes of work.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct daily safety talks, toolbox talks, and job briefings.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and crew performance; provide coaching as needed.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, inspectors, and other trades.
  • Order, track, and manage materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays or waste.
  • Review job progress and report labor hours and usage accurately.
  • Identify issues and communicate them promptly to management.
  • Maintain a safe, organized job site at all times.
  • Mentor and train apprentices and helpers in electrical methods and safety.

As part of our continued growth under the One Norlee platform, we are seeking a Electrical Foreman.

Position Summary

The Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising electrical crews on hospitality, and/or multi family projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, project specifications, and applicable electrical codes. The Electrical Foreman acts as the primary on-site leader, coordinating manpower, materials, and communication between the field and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of electrical experience, including prior leadership or foreman experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial electrical systems and installations.
  • Thorough understanding of NEC and local electrical codes.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical drawings.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing job site conditions.
  • Proficient with basic technology (smartphones, tablets, timekeeping, and reporting tools).
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Work Environment
  • Active construction job sites including commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
  • Exposure to electrical hazards, noise, dust, and outdoor conditions.
Skills & Attributes
  • OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification.
  • Journeyman Electrician license (Master license , where applicable).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to motivate crews and lead by example.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
