Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in energy/construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Check the readiness and safety compliance of each work area prior to commencing electrical installation activities.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor the progress of electrical systems installation and identify deviations from plans, specifications, or schedules.
• Ensure electrical works meet highest standards of quality and project requirements.
• Coordinate with other trades and site management to prevent conflicts and delays.
• Assist in planning daily and weekly work schedules based on timelines and resources.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and report progress to Site Manager.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on site with health and safety regulations.
