Job summary

IslandSearch Group, Inc. D/B/A ISG Consultants is seeking an Electrical Foreman to join the Redevelopment Program at JFK Airport. The role focuses on electrical field leadership, troubleshooting, and guiding the team from construction to startup and commissioning.

The ideal candidate has extensive electrical trades experience, HV/mv equipment knowledge, and the ability to write and audit permits for plant projects. This position is full-time and on-site at JFK.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of electrical trades experience in industrial settings.
• Experience in thermal plants or HVAC buildings.
• Experience with plant permit writing, auditing, and closing out permits.
• Experience with medium to high voltage equipment (DCS, MCC, Transformers).

Responsibilities

• Review project scope and ensure permit requirements are met.
• Assist local PM with close-out field RFIs.
• Follow one-line diagrams and PMCDs; stay current with technologies.
• Lead field activities as the electrical foreman and guide startup/commissioning.
• Serve as field point of contact for upcoming projects at JFK Airport.
