Actalent is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead electrical construction and controls leadership on engineering-heavy projects, including data centers. You will oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of power and controls systems, coordinate field teams, and ensure IP-based networks and servers are integrated properly.

This role combines electrical foreman responsibilities with controls leadership and commissioning oversight on complex, engineering-heavy projects. You will play a key role in delivering advanced electrical and controls systems for data centers and other sophisticated facilities, ensuring that all installations, controls, and networks are properly implemented, tested, and commissioned.
The role is based in construction and commissioning environments focused on engineering-heavy projects such as data centers and advanced systems facilities. You will work closely with electrical, controls, and networking teams, using modern equipment that relies on IP communication, servers, and networked controls. The environment is fast-paced and technically demanding, with a strong emphasis on precision, reliability, and thorough testing of electrical and automation systems.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, NV.
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
