Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Foreman to oversee and manage electrical installations on high-rise construction sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical work for high-rise buildings and the ability to lead a team of electricians to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electricians and electrical subcontractors.
2. Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, standards, and regulations.
3. Interpret and execute electrical plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
4. Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
6. Identify and resolve any electrical issues or discrepancies.
7. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and progress reports.
8. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals.
9. Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
10. Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in high-rise construction.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment.
• Valid electrical license or certification.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
