The Licensed Foreman I is responsible for supervising electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within the commercial and industrial settings.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
• Travel: 60-75%
• Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain current licensing and training requirements.
• Demonstrate ability to run medium-size projects (5-10 electricians) effectively.
• Establish expectations and motivate crews to meet or beat goals.
• Complete projects on time, within budget, and safely.
• Manage resources (tools, equipment, staffing) within crew.
• Read and understand estimates with project management or superintendent.
• Provide feedback and coaching to crew members.
• Promote workplace safety procedures and address hazards.
• Mentor and develop others within projects and crews.
• Support usage of Faith’s internal resources.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure proper documentation.
• Demonstrate excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills.
• Participate in Faith’s hiring, referral, and mentoring programs.
• Perform other related duties as required.
