We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming, and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady revenue flow. Our company manages the entire process from Sales, Provisioning, Design, and Engineering to Contracting, Construction, Servicing, and Maintenance. We are a licensed C-10 contractor with construction crews operating in CA and soon nationwide.

Overview of Position:

We seek experienced Foremen for multiple projects in CA. Responsibilities include:

• Managing a crew of 5-10 workers
• Reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes for equipment layout
• Supervising trenching, backfilling, and underground scanning
• Overseeing pouring and finishing of concrete pads for various electrical installations
• Managing electrical resources on-site
• Organizing safety meetings and ensuring safety compliance
• Delegating tasks and responsibilities
• Acting as the primary contact with the site superintendent
• Training apprentices as needed
• Maintaining a safe work environment and reporting safety violations
• Controlling inventory and organizing material lists
• Managing tools and inspecting completed jobs
• Collaborating with principals and supervisors to complete projects
• Responding to emergencies and updating work logs and client records
• Communicating professionally with clients and taking AHJ inspections
