• Read blueprints, schematics, construction drawings, and specifications.

• Manage materials: order, track, and allocate tools and electrical supplies.
• Monitor progress to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain quality by ensuring all work complies with the NEC.
• Coordinate trades by collaborating with general contractors and other foremen.

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and organized Electrical foreman for Commercial/Industrial/Health care Wiring.

The Electrical Foreman oversees daily on-site operations for electrical projects. This role balances manual electrical labor with supervisory tasks like scheduling, coordinating materials, and training crew members. The foreman manages a crew of electricians to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to electrical codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Crews: Direct journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
