Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking an experienced electrical professional to oversee commercial projects from ground-up construction to remodels. You will supervise crews, read blueprints, and ensure quality control on-site.

This role requires up to 75% travel, including nights and weekends, and a license is preferred. Strong safety, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in our team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial electrical experience is required.
• License preferred for this role.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Willing to travel up to 75% including nights and weekends.
• Basic computer skills; Procore experience helpful.

Your Day-to-Day

• Oversee electrical projects from ground-up construction to remodels
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshoot issues
• Train, supervise, and assign duties to crew members
• Enforce job site policies and ensure task completion
• Accurately complete documentation and correspondence
• Read blueprints, run conduit, wire, and terminate devices
• Manage service upgrades for new and existing retail clients
• Efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials
• Communicate with store/facilities managers and maintenance staff

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• 8+ years of commercial electrical experience, license preferred
• Proficient in electrical system installation
• Willing to travel up to 75%, including nights, weekends, and overtime
• Able to lift, move heavy objects, and work on ladders
• Basic computer skills, Procore preferred
• Reliable transportation and personal hand tools required
