Job summary

Rogers Electric in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced electrical professional to oversee commercial projects and lead field teams. You’ll read blueprints, supervise crew members, perform quality control, and ensure thorough documentation and safety on site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial electrical experience; license preferred.
• Proficient in electrical system installation and blueprint reading.
• Willing to travel up to 75%, including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift and move heavy objects; own hand tools and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from ground-up to remodels and ensure quality control.
• Train, supervise, and assign duties to crew members on site.
• Enforce job site policies and ensure task completion and documentation.
• Read blueprints, run conduit, wire, and terminate devices.
• Manage service upgrades for retail clients and coordinate with managers.
• Order, receive, and distribute materials; communicate with stakeholders.

Your Day-to-Day

• Oversee electrical projects from ground-up construction to remodels
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshoot issues
• Train, supervise, and assign duties to crew members
• Enforce job site policies and ensure task completion
• Accurately complete documentation and correspondence
• Read blueprints, run conduit, wire, and terminate devices
• Manage service upgrades for new and existing retail clients
• Efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials
• Communicate with store/facilities managers and maintenance staff

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• 8+ years of commercial electrical experience, license preferred
• Proficient in electrical system installation
• Willing to travel up to 75%, including nights, weekends, and overtime
• Able to lift, move heavy objects, and work on ladders
• Basic computer skills, Procore preferred
• Reliable transportation and personal hand tools required
