Job summary

Power Design, Inc. seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on multimillion-dollar projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety standards and client satisfaction. This role emphasizes technology usage and hands-on supervision to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has five years of supervision experience, a journeyman or master electrician license, strong NEC knowledge, and good computer/writing skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum five years of experience managing scopes and multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license required.
• Knowledge of NEC, local codes and safety regulations.
• Basic computer and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope in collaboration with the project superintendent and other trades.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided technology (iPad and smartphone) to ensure timely project delivery.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate crew members on the designated scope.
