Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on multimillion-dollar electrical projects. You will work with the project superintendent and trades to ensure quality, safety and on-time completion.

The role requires an active electrician license (journeyman or master), OSHA 30 preferred, and strong NEC knowledge, English fluency, and computer skills. You will use iPads and smartphones for site management and training opportunities at our Florida facility.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license is required.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Minimum five years as a field supervisor on multimillion-dollar electrical projects.
• Proficient computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and trades.
• Manage material and manpower to meet schedule and budget.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided iPad/smartphone to track progress and communicate.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate crew on the designated scope.
