Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead multiple medium to large electrical construction projects across a regional area. You will manage field leadership teams, ensure safety, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires extensive electrical experience, senior leadership capabilities, and a commitment to safety. We offer an excellent base salary with annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, and autonomy to drive field operations.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license preferred.
• 15+ years in electrical construction.
• 5+ years in a senior field leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methods.
• Proven ability to lead and develop field personnel.
• Experience with project scheduling, manpower planning, and budgeting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Autodesk, and Bluebeam.

Job Details

The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for leading and overseeing multiple medium to large electrical construction projects within an assigned region. This role manages field leadership teams—including Foremen, General Foremen, and Site Superintendents—and ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What You Bring

• Experience with Procore, Trello, or Primavera is a plus
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to manage priorities and make decisions in high‑pressure environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to be available as needed to support field operations
