Job summary

Dvorak, LLC is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee daily field operations in Maryland, lead field crews, and ensure projects are completed safely and to the highest standard.

You will coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment, mentor apprentices and journeymen, and maintain project documentation while collaborating with project managers and clients. A Journeyman Electrician license is required and a strong safety focus is essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; trade or technical training preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive construction experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Journeyman Electrician License required; clean driving record and safety focus.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in the field and takes pride in delivering quality work?

We’re looking for anElectrical Foremanto oversee daily operations on our job sites, lead field crews, and ensure that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

You’ll coordinate manpower, manage resources, maintain job documentation, and serve as the key link between project management, field teams, and clients. This is a role for someone who knows how to get the job done — and inspire others to do the same. What You’ll Do

  • Lead field crews with professionalism, accountability, and respect.
  • Plan, schedule, and direct daily field activities to meet project goals.
  • Coach and mentor apprentices and journeymen, fostering skill growth and teamwork.
  • Manage manpower, materials, and equipment for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including reports, timecards, and safety logs.
  • Ensure all work complies with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct safety meetings and promote a culture of safety-first and quality excellence.
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents on scheduling, inspections, and progress updates.
  • Identify and communicate change orders and additional work promptly.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; trade or technical training preferred.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive construction experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate crews.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management or construction software (Vista, ProjectSight, or equivalent).

License/Certification:

  • Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type : Full-time

Pay Range: $35.00 - $52.00 per hour (based upon experience)

Work Location: In person, field-based; may involve exposure to weather, heights, confined spaces, and loud noise. PPE required on all job sites.
