Job summary

Dvorak, LLC in Baltimore is seeking skilled Journeyman Electricians to join our growing field team on commercial and heavy electrical projects. The Journeyman Electrician performs skilled electrical work on assigned job sites, supports the Foreman, and works safely and independently as required.

You will read drawings, coordinate materials, and maintain high standards for safety and quality while contributing to team goals and career growth within a family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License is required.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on commercial and heavy electrical projects.
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Assist with jobsite coordination, materials, and equipment.
• Work with Foremen and project teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.
• Maintain high standards for safety, safety procedures, and professionalism.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for performing skilled electrical work on assigned job sites while supporting the Foreman in daily field operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Electricians are expected to work independently on electrical tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on commercial and heavy electrical projects
• Work closely with Foremen and project teams to execute work safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Assist with jobsite coordination, materials, and equipment
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $28.50 - $34.00 per hour (based upon experience)

Work Location: In person, field-based; may involve exposure to weather, heights, confined spaces, and loud noise. PPE required on all job sites.
