The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 10+ years of journeyman/electrical supervision experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record on large projects.

Qualifications

• 10 years of related experience including supervisory or lead experience and considerable experience as a journeyman electrician or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have experience running jobs in the $2M+ range
• Knowledge of NEC and OSHA regulations and safe work practices

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve conflicts
• Build and maintain relationships with the customer, inspectors and other trades
• Responsible for managing, tracking and meeting project schedules and labor budgets

Summary

Performs supervisory responsibilities for managing all on-site aspects of electrical construction projects up to $30M in size. This individual is accountable for providing daily direction and leadership to on-site personnel in order to provide a quality installation while maintaining the project schedule milestones and ensuring the labor budgets are met.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts.
