Job summary

Dennis Eagle is seeking a skilled Electrical Fitter to join our busy production team, installing and commissioning electrical systems on specialist vehicles. You will work from technical drawings to deliver high‑quality builds, perform fault finding, testing and commissioning, and support continuous improvement in production targets.

Applicants should have electrical qualifications such as City & Guilds or equivalent, strong attention to detail and the ability to read wiring diagrams.

  • Previous electrical fitting or vehicle electrician experience.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Installing wiring harnesses, control panels and electrical components.
  • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Testing, inspecting and commissioning electrical systems.
  • Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults.
  • Completing work to high quality and safety standards.

Job description

Role: Electrical Fitter

Hours: 37 hours per week | between 06:00 - 15:30 Monday to Thursday

Hourly rate: Between £17.73 - £19.10 ph DOE

We're looking for a skilled Electrical Fitter to join a busy production team, installing and commissioning electrical systems on specialist vehicles. If you enjoy hands‑on work, fault‑finding, and working from technical drawings to deliver high‑quality builds, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Installing wiring harnesses, control panels and electrical components

What we’re looking for
