Lenhart Electric, now part of In Charge Electric, seeks a Residential Service Tech to join the Tampa team. You will handle slabs, tugs and low-volt work on new construction and service calls, delivering safe, code-compliant solutions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of electrical experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. You will read blueprints and troubleshoot issues with a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on electrical experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a "whatever it takes" mentality.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment screenings, including background check, driving record, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & diagnose electrical issues, delivering timely, code-compliant solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Support and grow the Tampa residential department with a team-focused mindset.
