Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking an Electrical Lead Installer who combines residential electrical expertise with strong crew leadership. You will lead sold residential electrical installation projects from arrival through completion, ensuring safe execution, code-compliant work, and clear homeowner communication.

This hands-on leadership role requires the ability to organize a project, solve field challenges, and develop apprentices.

Qualifications

• Requires California Residential Electrician Certification or higher.
• Residential electrical installation experience leading a crew.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safe installation practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead residential projects including main panel replacements and electrical upgrades.
• Review scope, material package, and installation requirements before starting work.
• Coordinate with Electrical leadership on technical concerns and scope changes.
• Plan daily activities and assign tasks based on crew skills and safety.
• Perform installations meeting codes and company standards; supervise apprentices.
• Maintain safety, document work in ServiceTitan, and obtain signatures and payments as required.
