Job summary

Maynor Services Company is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee electrical installation crews on residential new construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

You will walk and lay out homes, coordinate with office staff and builders, monitor progress, and perform QA inspections to keep turnover ready for customers. Valid driver's license required; leadership and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in residential new construction electrical.
• Strong understanding of rough-in and trim phases.
• Ability to read blueprints and layout homes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Valid driver's license.

Maynor Services Company is seeking an experiencedField Supervisorto oversee electrical installation crews and ensure our production and custom homes are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, developing people, and working closely with builders and internal teams.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Supervise electrical installation crews on residential new construction projects

• Walk and lay out production and custom homes before installation begins

• Coordinate daily activities with office staff, builders, field crews, and warranty technicians

• Monitor job progress and maintain production schedules

• Perform quality control inspections

Schedule

Monday – Friday

7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional Saturdays during heavy production weeks.
