Job summary

Maynor Service Company is seeking an Electrical Punch-List Technician / Helper to join our team and complete finish work on new construction projects. You will turn rough-in electrical systems into safe, inspection-ready spaces and support final electrical tasks at the job site.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of electrical experience, holds a valid driver's license, and is detail-oriented with a pride in craftsmanship. On-call rotation and safe work practices are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of electrical experience.
• Valid state-issued Driver's License with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Knowledge of residential or light commercial electrical rough-in, trim-out, and service work.

Responsibilities

• Install switches, receptacles, dimmers, and wall plates.
• Install decorative fixtures, ceiling fans, and customer-selected lighting.
• Install smoke and CO detectors and related devices.
• Install GFCI and AFCI devices as required.
• Assist with panel labeling and final electrical system organization.
• Install and program smart home devices, controls, and lighting systems.
• Ensure all devices and equipment are level, secure, and professionally installed.

Maynor Service Company is looking for an Electrical Punch-List Technician / Helper to join our team and help bring new construction projects across the finish line.

A building can be fully wired and powered, but still not be ready for the homeowner, customer, or final inspection. That's where you come in.

As an Electrical Punch-List Technician / Helper, you'll work during the final phase of new construction to turn a newly installed electrical system into a safe, functional, inspection-ready space.

You'll help complete the electrical finish work throughout the project, including:

• Installing switches, receptacles, dimmers, and wall plates
• Installing and assembling decorative light fixtures, ceiling fans, and customer-selected lighting
• Installing smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and related devices
• Installing GFCI and AFCI devices as required
• Assisting with panel labeling and final electrical system organization
• Installing and programming smart home devices, controls, and lighting systems as directed
• Ensuring all devices, fixtures, and equipment are level, secure, clean, and professionally installed
