Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous underground electrical install experience as a Field Superintendent.
• Ability to interpret engineering design documents and vendor docs.
• Experience coordinating with design on constructability issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead craft labor and superintendents; supervise 50–100 workers.
• Schedule work and review progress for each craft.
• Determine workforce requirements and coordinate area plans.
• Oversee tool and equipment usage on site.
• Prepare Field Materials Requisitions for tools and consumables.
• Ensure current design documents are used and changes approved.
• Ensure operations and subcontractors meet specs, timelines and budgets.
• Interpret engineering documents with field team; manage subs and foremen.
• Resolve constructability issues with design and engineering teams.
• Oversee testing processes and required test equipment.
• Inspect installed components for acceptance; ensure quality.
• Oversee installation methods for commodities; ensure codes followed.
• Supervise heavy lift activities; ensure safe execution.
