Job summary

Advantage Technical in Northern California is seeking an experienced Electrical Field Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field execution on a large-scale mission-critical data center project. You will coordinate electrical and MEP trades, monitor safety, quality, and schedule, and report to project leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, OSHA-30, and proven ability to manage multiple crews, resolve field conflicts, and ensure commissioning readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field supervision experience.
• Strong electrical construction and field-management background.
• Experience managing subcontractors, field crews, and concurrent activities.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Equivalent craft-level and field experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily field construction activities across electrical, MEP, civil, structural, and architectural scopes.
• Direct subcontractors, trade partners, supervisors, and field personnel to align with schedule and design requirements.
• Develop and execute short-interval plans, look-ahead schedules, and daily work priorities.
• Monitor field productivity, manpower, constraints, and installation progress.
• Identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
• Lead daily superintendent coordination meetings, field walks, and safety briefings.
• Enforce safety requirements and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate QA/QC inspections, punch lists, testing, and turnover activities.
