Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to support electrical testing projects. You will schedule field service jobs, manage documentation, and maintain clear communication among clients, technicians, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes adherence to IEEE/NFPA standards, safety regulations, and timely reporting. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of coordination or project management experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project and Salesforce a plus.
• Basic understanding of electrical testing processes or willingness to learn NETA standards.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E and OSHA safety regulations is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across project teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills; math/technical experience a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and reference check.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field service (FS) jobs in Salesforce, coordinating customer appointments, technician availability, equipment, and materials.
• Manage work orders—including POs, drawings, estimate forms, and site photos—using PowerDB, Salesforce, and MS Office.
• Maintain professional communication with clients regarding schedules and updates.
• Coordinate labor, transportation, and material deliveries to ensure on-site arrivals as scheduled.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and provide status reports to PM/Operations.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain detailed project logs for timely reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
