Most duties involve field work with occasional office coordination; this position is based in Grimes, IA with travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing electrical maintenance shutdowns or switchgear projects.
• Field-based project management with customer coordination.
• OSHA 30/NFPA 70-E training preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical services jobs including inspection, testing, troubleshooting and startup.
• Assist pre-planning, estimation and quoting with sales input.
• Identify and assign crew members to specific job tasks.
• Interface with customers and provide job updates and progress.
• Monitor budget and materials for each job.
• Conduct final walk-through and ensure successful energization.
• Rotate emergency on-call duty and respond to incidents.
