Job summary

JDC Power Systems, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician FSR3 to support customer field operations across varied client sites. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and service electrical systems, industrial controls, and related equipment, ensuring high-quality service and uptime.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on field experience, a HS diploma (associate degree preferred), and travel to customer sites with strong safety and communication skills.

Qualifications

• On-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Experience with transformers, circuit breakers, LV/MV switchgear, and PLC controls.
• Ability to document service activities and provide test reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Support system startups and commissioning to ensure operational readiness.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers during service visits and provide basic training.
