Guarantee Electrical Company is hiring a General Foreman in Denver to lead field crews on multi-million dollar electrical projects. You will oversee safety, scheduling, and workmanship, ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes while delivering top-quality results.

Ideal candidates are seasoned field supervisors with journeyman or master electrician licenses who can mentor crews, coordinate with project managers, and leverage mobile tools to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

: Must hold an active journeyman or master electrician license.
: Proficient in NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
: Experience leading crews on multimillion-dollar electrical projects.
: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
: Ability to train and supervise crews to ensure quality and safety.

Responsabilités

Reports to the Workforce Quality and Project Manager and relays progress and issues.
Oversees the assigned scope with PM and other trades, managing materials and labor.
Enforces high quality and safety standards while supervising, mentoring and motivating electricians.
Directs and trains crews on installation techniques to ensure timely, high-quality completion.
Reviews and coordinates plans, specs, shop drawings, cut sheets and samples.
Keeps job site orderly, clean, and customer-focused at all times.
Utilizes company-provided iPad and smartphone to achieve timely delivery.
Attends trainings to learn new processes, product training and safety practices.
Assembles, installs, tests and maintains electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.
Performs other duties as assigned by employer.
