DEPCOM Power, Inc, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Field Engineer to support utility-scale solar, BESS, and related energy projects across the United States. The role links engineering, construction, quality, and project management to ensure safe, efficient, and design-compliant project execution.

Locations include Sycamore, OH and London, OH with daily per diem and home rotations roughly every 3–4 weeks. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience.

Formación

• Experience in construction, engineering, or field operations.
• Ability to create and maintain project reports and documentation.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities.
• Ability to collaborate within a team to support project objectives.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with construction teams and partners to support project execution.
• Support First Article Inspections (FAIs) and verify work per drawings and specs.
• Manage engineering and construction documentation, including redlines and as-builts.
• Generate and track RFIs between stakeholders to keep schedules on track.
• Review submittals and documentation to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Support field verification and installation activities for electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks through proactive coordination.
• Maintain visibility into subcontractors and self-perform scope execution for quality and safety.
• Coordinate inspections with AHJs and utility reps throughout construction.
• Use drones to monitor progress and document site conditions.
