Job summary

Rex Moore Electrical & Systems Contractors & Engineers in Reno, NV seeks a Project Engineer to manage submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, WBS, and material kits across multiple projects. The role requires coordinating with Project Engineers, PMs, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will handle documentation, meetings, and coordination with clients while ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to work in a team and detail oriented.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and manage documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal customer needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Schedule and participate in project meetings (start-up, weekly, close-out).
• Prepare, maintain, and process RFIs, Submittals and close-out documents.
• Create and maintain project logs and provide weekly updates to customers.
• Assist Project Managers and Executives with project duties.
• Input and manage scheduling functions, WBS, and related documentation.
