Job summary

Rex Moore Group, Inc. in Reno, NV is seeking a Project Engineer to manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, WBS and material kits across multiple projects in a fast-paced team.

You will support project managers and coordinate meetings to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Responsibilities include processing RFIs and submittals, maintaining project logs, and assisting executives in project duties while coordinating material orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Construction Management, or Electrical Field preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and their components
• Read and understand electrical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and organization skills, the ability to be a team player and detail oriented are preferred
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal customer needs and resolve their issues promptly
• Schedule and participate in project meetings
• Prepare, maintain, and process RFIs, Submittals and close-out documents
• Create and maintain Project Logs (Change Requests, Submittals, RFIs)
• Assist Project Managers and Project Executives in project duties
• Process material, rental equipment and tool orders
• Perform material takeoffs for Change Orders
• Coordinate delivery of site mobilization documentation
• Input and manage project scheduling functions, WBS and SIS
• Collaborate for material kit deliveries and backorders
• Maintain Construction Documents in Plan Grid and distribute
