Power Design Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer in the Las Vegas metro area to work onsite on electrical construction projects.

In this role you will learn business aspects of running large-scale projects under supervision, gaining hands-on experience and career growth. The ideal candidate is a college graduate in a construction-related field or has 4+ years of relevant work experience, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and organization skills with proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• College graduate with a construction-related degree, or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Detail-oriented professional with the ability to quickly solve problems and tackle new challenges.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Gain firsthand experience with electrical installation scopes on decks, rough, trim and distribution.
• Support project deliverables throughout all construction phases ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Promote safety culture onsite by recognizing hazards and enforcing corrections.
• Coordinate schedules, labor forecast, inventory, materials and project correspondence with team and contractors.
• Interact with customers and other trades while representing Power Design on the jobsite.
