Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an Electrical Construction Field Engineer to lead the electrical field engineering on industrial EPC projects. You will drive planning, scheduling, procurement coordination, cost reporting and safety on site, reporting to the Field Operations leadership. You will work at project sites across the U.S.

with typical rotation to headquarters or area offices, and relocation as needed. This role requires strong leadership, union/contractor collaboration, and a commitment to quality

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• At least 3 years electrical construction experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code.
• Experience with project scheduling and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD/BIM tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical field engineering activities on EPC projects.
• Support procurement, planning, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with client and design teams; supervise subcontractors.
• Prepare cost estimates and work plans.
• Ensure safety and quality on site.
• Mentor field team and communicate with stakeholders.
