ManpowerGroup client in Austin, TX seeks an Electrical Fabrication Designer to join the factory infrastructure engineering team. You will design, draft, and model electrical systems across power, lighting, fire alarm, security, and telecom using Revit.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, knowledge of REVIT MEP, and a strong familiarity with NEC-compliant designs. Collaborative, multi-disciplinary work and field coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with evidence of exceptional ability.
• Proficiency with REVIT MEP.
• Proficiency with electrical system components, including conduit types, fittings, cable tray, and related elements.
• Experience designing commercial or industrial facilities; Associate Degree in Computerized Drafting or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform design, drafting, and 3D modeling using Revit for electrical systems.
• Create designs that comply with the National Electrical Code.
• Interface with engineers from multiple disciplines and coordinate in 3D.
• Create clash-free models to LOD400 and flythroughs using Revizto.
• Coordinate with construction trades and conduct field walks to review installation progress.

Our client, an advanced manufacturing and infrastructure organization is seeking a Electrical Fabrication Designer to join their team. As a Electrical Fabrication Designer, you will be part of the factory infrastructure engineering team supporting multi-disciplinary design efforts. Location: Austin, Texas

Pay Range: $95000 - $125000

What's the Job?

• Perform design, drafting, and 3D modeling using Revit for electrical systems including power, lighting, fire alarm, security, and telecomm.
• Use the National Electrical Code to create designs that comply with national codes.
• Interface and collaborate with engineers from multiple disciplines, including understanding 3D coordination with those disciplines.
• Create clash-free models with components to LOD400 and perform flythroughs for stakeholders using Revizto.
• Interface with construction trades and perform regular field walks to review installation progress and adherence to the model.
